KingKira’s View: After over 2 months of waiting we finally get chapter 132 and the fanservice alone was well worth the wait, at least in my opinion. It’s great to have our boys One & Murata back with another sweet chapter. I’ll concede and start calling Orochikos Psyrochi from now on seeing as Psykos is getting more screen time than Orochi but if [when] Orochi’s show begins, trust that I’ll go back to referring to the fusion as Orochikos. This chapter started with Psyrochi taunting Tatsumaki’s base flip, Tatsumaki responds by drilling through the tower supporting her opponent, during Tatsumaki’s attack Psyrochi retaliates with one of the greatest feats we’ve seen in the entire series. Psyrochi fires an earth-splitting energy beam directly at Tatsumaki. Murata outdid himself with this sequence, the art was incredible and it felt like I was watching an anime, It was cool to see the likes of King, Genos, Heavy Kong and Snek react to the beam, I wonder how close the likes of TTM and Metal bat are to the battle. Despite the amazing feat, Tatsumaki takes minimal damage showing just how strong she is, although she is surprised at the output and wonders where Psyrochi obtained such power.   Â

Psyrochi begins to brag about how she has obtained more power than Tatsumaki and recounts her encounter with a planet looking entity she referred to as god (Stunning panel of course). Homeless emperor’s encounter with god from chapter 113 was much different from Psyrochi’s and the power granted to Psyrochi is even greater. I wonder why this god entity doesn’t directly attack humans if he wants them destroyed so badly. With the power obtained Psyrochi intends to absorb living beings and possibly become one with earth, Tatsumaki mocks those ambitions much to the disgust of Psykos. We got some insight into Psykos character with some of the dialogue at this point:
- Psykos is passionate about the potential of psychic powers.
- Psykos warned Fubuki on more than one occasion about something.
- God is using Psykos/Psyrochi to destroy humans.
Tatsumaki mocks and warns Psykos about being taken advantage of, this infuriates Psykos and reminds her of Fubuki. The chapter concludes with Psyrochi attacking Tatsumaki with several dragon-headed creatures all firing energy beams. I’m excited to see the conclusion of this battle maybe we’ll get some more crazy feats of power. Â

KingKira’s character of the week: I’ll follow my heart and go with Psykos. She displayed a ridiculous feat of power, had an encounter with god, and most importantly had several fanservice filled panels. Psykos fans are eating.

KingKira’s best scene: It has to be Psyrochi’s earth splitting beam sequence. Murata surpassed our expectations once again with 3 consecutive amazing double-page spreads with astonishing art. I’ve run out of praises to give Murata’s art and paneling skills, he’s so good.Â

KingKira’s best panel: Very tough to pick one out of the several amazing panels in this chapter but I’ll go with the panel showing a portion of the earth cutting. Murata’s evolution continues, we all love to see it.Â

Judgment: One & Murata are back with another memorable chapter mostly because of Psyrochi’s amazing feat but it was also cool to see the entity referred to as god once more, we got some development for Psykos, top tier fanservice, god-tier art and the prospect of less talk and more fighting in the next chapter 9/10
